Documents you receive
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS) — typical properties and usage for each grade.
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) — measured results for your batch, with every order.
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) — handling, storage and first aid.
What we test
Depending on the grade, batch testing covers:
- Absorption capacity in deionised water and 0.9% saline.
- Centrifuge retention and absorption under load for hygiene grades.
- Particle size distribution by sieve analysis.
- Moisture content and pH.
- Residual monomer for hygiene and specialty grades.
Retained samples and traceability
Each batch carries a batch number that links the CoA to the production record. Quote it in any support request so the batch can be traced.
